Japanese Maple Tree at the Japanese Garden in Portland, Oregon. This tree is very popular for good reasons- it’s incredibly gorgeous and very photogenic! Photographed on a very rainy morning in October but the clouds parted and sun shined through right in time for this image. The scene was captured by taking several vertical images and merging them into a panorama, resulting in a ultra-high resolution image that looks incredible at large sizes.
